Christine Freiman
Christine has had a love affair with houses for many, many years. At the tender age of eight she created her first dollhouse from scratch. As a young girl, she visited her grandfather and followedhim around as he completed all kinds of home projects, constantly asking if she could help.In her twenties, Christine bought her first home and began trying her hand at improvement projects. She started small with paint and cosmetic fixes…and eventually grew into entire home gut rehabs. Over the course of 20 years she bought, fixed up and sold 10 homes. Along the way, she learned a thing or two…earned a degree in interior design…and became a licensed real estate broker. Her clients are the beneficiaries. Whether it’s sprucing up a home for market, navigating inspection repairs, or understanding the market value of a particular improvement, Christine’s clients have a competitive advantage. Add to that her savvy negotiations, market knowledge, and ___ attentiveness, and it’s no wonder her clients rave about working with her. Christine’s walkable Indy favorites: Tinker Street in the Old North Side; Urban Greens in Broad Ripple; Delicia in Meridian Kessler. Check out her blog at www.walkableindy.com
